How I'd book your calls with US staffing agencies

Owners, presidents and heads of recruiting at firms with 10 to 50 recruiters, on your calendar. You pay only for calls that happen, with the right person.

Your question 1

My approach: who does what

Cold email, one firm at a time. Everything above the line is mine.

  1. Agree who counts, on one call

The titles, the firm size and the states. Those same rules decide the list and the bill.

    Both
  2. Find the firms and the person who runs each one

My own system finds US staffing firms with 10 to 50 recruiters, then the owner or head of recruiting at each, with their work email.

    Me
  3. Check every email before it's sent

Each address goes through MillionVerifier. Only the ones marked valid get emailed, so nothing bounces back on you.

    Me
  4. Write each email for that one firm

Three short emails about the problems you solve for agencies. Each one opens with a line about that firm, so it reads like it was written for them. You approve them once before anything sends.

    Me
  5. Send from new domains, never yours

Separate domains and inboxes, warmed up first, so your main domain is never at risk.

    Me
  6. Answer replies and book the call

On your calendar link, with a line on what the call is about and a reminder the day before.

    Me
  7. Etherwise takes over here
  8. The call and everything after it

I never sell your service or take the call.

    Etherwise
  9. Flag a call within 2 days if it didn't count

One line on a shared sheet. A flagged call is free.

Your question 2

What I need from you to start

Four things. The rest is mine to set up.

  1. Your story. Who you've helped, what you built for them, and the problems you solve for agencies.
  2. A calendar link I can book into, and who takes the calls.
  3. One 30-minute call to agree the titles, firm size and states that count.
  4. A yes on three emails, once, before anything sends.
Your question 3

Pricing, and what counts as a billable call

You asked for "a decision-maker at a firm that fits, who knows what the call is about and shows up." That's exactly what I bill for.

Per call $250

For each call that happens and meets all five rules below. Billed once a month.

Setup, once Agreed on a call

The domains, inboxes, warmup and first list. Fixed, so you know it upfront.

A call is billable when all five are true

  • The right title: owner, president, head of operations or recruiting.
  • A firm that fits: US staffing, 10 to 50 recruiters.
  • They said yes in writing to a call about your work.
  • They showed up, on video or phone.
  • Your first call with that firm. Follow-ups are free.

Your question 4

Similar work

I run this same system for my own business, with my own lists, domains and copy.

Best campaign 3% reply rate

Owners of US precision machine shops.

List quality 1.1% bounce rate

Across all my campaigns. Every address is checked before it's loaded.

Ready when you are

Send me a few times that work here on Upwork. On the call we agree who counts, and I start on the list that week.
